“A graduate of the Germain School of Photography in 1980, he has been creating photographs and fine art prints for over 30 years. His digital darkroom studio and art photo gallery are located in Great Neck & Rhinebeck New York, where he creates his photographic prints. Richard also is a member officer of the Fresh Meadows Photography Organization located in Fresh Meadows N.Y.”
