Application and Payment
You must submit payment online via credit card. We do not accept payments via postal mail. Do not mail a payment to us. Walk-on vendors will not be permitted.
Note: you must use the same email address in your online application, with your credit card payment, and if you contact us. We reference all correspondence and transactions by email address so it is critical all applicants use the same email address.
Event Notifications
Please note the following:
1. Your payment receipt via email is your acknowledgment that we’ve received your payment.
2. If you do not get a payment receipt via email you should check your
– Spam/junk folders for the email on the date you applied
– Credit card/bank statement for the application charge
General Information
All spaces are 10’ x 10’. We provide only the space. You are required to bring tents, tables, chairs, display materials, etc.
Gas-powered generators or any type of equipment of that nature are strictly prohibited.
Electricity and Wifi are not provided.
Set-up: you may begin setting up by 9:00 am but you must be fully set up by 11:00 am. You may only set up on the morning of the festival, not the day before the event.
There is no unloading or parking on grass areas.
Please Note: fair goers may arrive early.
Conduct & Behavior
We (Long Island Photo Gallery / The Boulevard Management Team) expect all vendors to adhere to all guidelines, be professional, and treat all other vendors and all visitors in a kind and courteous manner. We reserve the right to remove any vendor or person(s) from the premises for any reason, at any time.
Other Notices
Neither the Long Island Photo Gallery, The Boulevard, or AVR Realty shall be held liable for any damages, loss, theft, or injury resulting from the participation of the applicant and/or his/her agents. The applicant is solely liable for his/her person and property, as well as that of his/her agents, before, during, and after the event.
Long Island Photo Gallery and The Boulevard Management Team reserve the right to limit certain types of participants and merchandise and to enforce all regulations pertaining to applicants and/or their representatives.
We (Long Island Photo Gallery / The Boulevard Management Team) reserve the right to refuse any application for any reason.
Member Artist status refers to those photographers currently displaying their art portfolio through the Long Island Photo Gallery online affiliate platform; PhotoArtPavilion.com. Non-Member status refers to those photographers who are not currently displaying their art portfolio through the Long Island Photo Gallery online affiliate platform; PhotoArtPavilion.com.
Rain Date Information
In the event of a cancellation, we will issue a public notification on the morning of the fair at 5:00 am. Notifications will be sent via email and posted on our website and Facebook page. Refunds will not be issued if the fair is canceled on the original date due to inclement weather since there is a scheduled rain date. There will be no exceptions.
In the event of inclement weather on the rain date and the fair is canceled, we will issue each vendor a refund less a $65.00 fee to cover the costs associated with the online marketing, advertising and promotion, and other miscellaneous expenses.
Cancelation Policy
All cancelations are non-refundable. There are no exceptions.
Acceptance of our Terms
By submitting your payment you are agreeing to all terms and conditions. Please read them all very carefully as we won’t make exceptions for any reason.
