‘Be Bold’ Selected Artists are . . .
On Friday, August 28th, 2022 Long Island Photo Gallery released the much-anticipated lineup for the Juried Exhibit ‘Be Bold’.
The Long Island Photo Gallery curators Joanne Henig and Jessica Lempin were thrilled to notify all artists that applied for the open call. This exhibit will be on display in Glen Head, New York at the lovely CFA Gallery.

Joanne Henig has enjoyed a successful career as a fine art photographer, photography curator and gallerist, and photography skills educator. “In my view”, says Henig, “a given image must be aimed at something more than merely a realistic rendering of the subject to be considered ‘fine art photography. BE BOLD should be an excellent opportunity for artists to stretch their creative legs.” These days, Henig’s primary focus is to elevate photographers of all levels of experience to their fullest potential and help them in building a marketable art portfolio.
